a fun weekend with a sorrowful purpose. though he doesnt leave for another two weeks or something, we officially bid evan fair well. a good send off, too. we shredded the streets to shreds and shit. some ho-bag wanted even to slap her ass but she settled for grabbing mine instead. drunk cowboys giving evan speed boosts at lions and big boned mommas for everyone. here're some photos of the result of brew:

the show last night was sick. camper van Beethoven is super good. good diverse sounds from song to song. built to spill was amazing of course. they played a really good show with a good selection of songs from newer and older stuff. i was most amped on "you were right" but was disappointed they wouldn't play "you are" when i requested it. strangely, just like last time i saw them, there was some weirdo requesting a song(the plan) they had already played. "carry the zero!!!"-i was in a time warp or something. they made a good decision by playing conventional wisdom as their encore because of it having one of the longest outros of any of their albums which they proceeded to lengthen even more. awesome show.

speaking of awesome shows, the second season of metalocalypse has begun and it's even more brutal than i could have hoped for.

i hope all of you come down to bozeman this weekend. even if you're not going to built to spill, when was the last time there was a big one here with a good collection of bros. dan, brandon, SpecK and i went street skating the other day and had a butt-load of fun. think what would happen if we rallied the troops and hit the streets.

i'm wondering who all actually visits this site regularly. say 'here' at the bottom if you frequent this page. there're no self-respecting girls that visit this domain.

dan and i finished moving in yesterday. then we had a party. it started with three people, then it exploded and everyone was everywhere. several trips to albertsons for beer, porch duty with cigarettes, nobody was making out that i saw but there were two bros with matching pick-ups that were likely chaking bro-stones down stairs. later on, several of us took up the computer in dan's room for some tim and eric goodness and some talking cats. there is so much entertainment on the internet, and it's better on beer.

let me set the seen for you: representational drawing class, big pad of paper and pencil, naked girl. that's right. and what can i say? pretty damn cool. something interesting though; i'd say she was about a 5 on the attractiveness scale, but when she took off her robe, she jumped to about and 8. i'm cereal.

i guess i have to watch what i say on here now cause mommy reads it. it's very disconcerting to have to watch what I say around my friends; like she's right beside me, giving me disapproving looks if I make a lewd comment. i wish she wouldn't visit here.
